This is how TGT creates customised products:

1. Consultation

We analyse your specific requirements for a lifting or carrying device and check whether and in what form you can rely on a solution from the existing model range.

2. Development

Together with specialised engineers, we develop solutions that meet your specific requirements. The centre of gravity, dimensions, load and statics are then calculated in the digital design department.

3. Tests

We use standardised test procedures to check every custom-made product, analyse the results and prepare the design. This involves creating CAD drawings for production, for example.

4. Production

Like the TGT series devices, we have your customised product manufactured exclusively at one of the three European locations of our long-standing partners.

Customisation of TGT series devices

Would you like to change details on a standard device? We will be happy to equip TGT models with additional functions to meet your requirements. The customisation of existing models reduces development time and is particularly cost-efficient.
